The townhouses are like an oasis covered in greenery

The house is 500 square meters and will be completed in 2023. The homeowner’s wish is to live in an open space full of sunlight and greenery. The private space occupies only a small part, and the rest is a public living area and a children’s play area.

The project mainly uses raw materials such as green stone, gray laterite, wood… materials that the homeowners were familiar with in their previous lives.

This also allows the building to be in harmony with the surrounding architectural environment.

The first floor includes the living room, kitchen, swimming pool and a bedroom.

Skylight areas go in and out, helping the house receive light and wind.

The staircase area is designed in a modern style with minimal details. The house has a lot of space which creates a relaxing feel.

The bedroom has glass doors overlooking the pool.

The second floor has a bedroom and a spacious common room. The third floor includes bedrooms, a children’s reading room, an altar room and a garden. The fourth floor has a large garden for barbecue parties and a vegetable garden.

There is lots of space in the house which helps the kids with plenty of corners to play.

Relaxation area suitable for adults and children.

The architect team created a bedroom out of a wooden box, creating a highlight for the project.

Any private space overlooks the greenery surrounding the house.
