According to the National Resistance Center, for this purpose, the Russians established the so-called “Kherson Regional Capacity Development Center” in the occupied territories of Kherson.
It is learnt that former cleaners, grass-roots workers and all those serving in the fake local administration will be trained at this “centre”.
It is worth noting that collaborators must attend separate patriotism courses, where they will be told the Kremlin’s Nazi theories about the “greatness of Russian civilization” and the rejection of the existence of the Ukrainian nation.
The National Resistance Center stressed that Russian courses were evidence of collaboration, and therefore, everyone who visited such courses would be punished for their activities.

As the Resistance Center points out, occupants of outpatient clinics are expected not only to receive priority assistance, but also to receive regular examinations. According to the resistance movement, the corresponding decision of the occupation authorities will soon be approved by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
