The Rapid Support Militia continued to bomb civilians and vital facilities.
The Rapid Support Militia is still continuing to use artillery, missiles and anti-aircraft artillery to bombard civilians and vital facilities in the cities of El Fasher and Omdurman, killing hundreds of citizens and injuring thousands, most of them children, women and the elderly, and burning dozens of houses and residential units in the camp for displaced persons in El Fasher. In Omdurman, the Rapid Support Militia used artillery to bombard the residential area of Al-Thawra/Al-Wadi and the Omdurman Maternity Hospital (Al-Dayat), just one day after the hospital announced its reopening and repaired the damage it had suffered. The Rapid Support Militia used it and used it as a military camp.
The Rapid Support Militia has become accustomed to committing serious crimes, including murder, rape and terrorism, and whenever there is an opportunity to stop the war, the Rapid Support Militia will attack cities and villages and indiscriminately bomb camps for displaced persons, residential areas, important facilities, places of worship, etc., creating a serious humanitarian crisis, causing serious harm to citizens, intimidating and terrorizing them, destroying their way of life, and forcing them to leave their homes and properties, in order to facilitate the process of controlling civilian homes, looting their money and property and achieving demographic changes in these areas.
The systematic killing, looting, pillaging, rape, displacement and the denial of humanitarian access through road closures and sieges of cities and villages, as well as flagrant violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law, are considered war crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity and require international condemnation and a call for the Rapid Support Militia to lift the siege on El Fasher and all areas in order to protect defenceless citizens and uphold human dignity.
