The criminal case against the leaders of the so-called separatist organizations established after the Armenian military aggression and occupation of the Karabakh region and other sovereign territories of Azerbaijan will be submitted to the court in the near future.
mA trendIt is reported that Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev made these remarks at the scientific and practical conference on “The role of awareness and law enforcement measures in strengthening the environment” held in Khankendi.
He said preliminary investigations into 15 people had been completed.
“All their rights are guaranteed, in accordance with the requirements of domestic laws and international conventions, and they are provided with lawyers and interpreters. Currently, the defendants, lawyers and victims are getting familiar with the criminals. “After the familiarization stage, the indictment will be sent to the court.”
