The National Employment Agency (NEA) of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training issued tens of thousands of job opportunities to students from four major universities in Phnom Penh through mobile employment centers on August 8, 2024. These universities include the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), the Royal University of Fine Arts (RUFA), the International University (IU) and the Intellectual University of Cambodia (PUC).

Mr. Chin Khi, Deputy Director of the Phnom Penh Employment Center of the National Employment Agency of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, said that our mobile centers reach everywhere, not only in universities in Phnom Penh, but also in other public places. Mr. Chin Ki added that by promoting employment opportunities here, we see a lot of interest from young people, students, and people who are looking for a job or want to change jobs. In addition, we also receive inquiries about job opportunities in various fields.

He added that in addition to posting job information locally, the National Employment Bureau will continue to hold job fairs and interviews regularly to provide a relaxed venue for job seekers and employers who need to recruit to communicate and understand the skill needs of the current job market.
This outreach is done through this mobile center which is a mechanism for ongoing activities to promote employment opportunities in the university to provide information about the job market and bring employment opportunities closer to the youth, students and the general public to increase access to employment information and more job opportunities.
