In February this year, a 3-year-old girl fell into a ditch and died in a family kindergarten in the Dostylik district of Jizzakh region. The Supreme Court press secretary Aziz Abidov told Gazeta.uz that those who caused this situation were punished.

Three children from a family-run preschool were left unattended and left the kindergarten grounds. Later, one of them was found dead in a stream flowing through a farmland about 1 kilometer away.

The other two children have returned home safely. These children were not included in the list of children participating in the organization, that is, they participated illegally.

There are three people involved in the criminal case – FM, 31, the head of the kindergarten, DT, 31, the teacher, and AO’, 49, the head of the district health, epidemic, peace and public health department.

The head of SES, knowing full well that the rooms allocated by the organization did not comply with the established hygiene rules, norms and sanitation standards, entered false information that its equipment was arranged as required and did not object to the operation of the kindergarten.

On July 26, the Dostryk Regional Court issued a ruling on the criminal case:
