DERVENTA – This year’s “Prkos fest” show ended with a concert of the “Harvester Quartet” from Banjaluka.
The event was organized by the National Library “Branko Radičević” and was held on July 3 on the plateau in front of the institution.
The library director Mirjana Plisnić said that this year’s “Festival of Resistance” has ended and they are very satisfied as organizers, Srna reported.
“The program of this year’s event is suitable for all ages and tastes. There are programs for children, teenagers and adults, and I am sure that everyone will have a good time and find something suitable for them,” said Plisniceva.
This year’s event was sponsored by the library, she said.
The Reaper Quartet was founded in 2012 by four enthusiasts and artists – Milan Savic, Stefan Tesanovic, Dejan Djordjevic and Dejan Tekulia – who successfully combine traditional and modern notes with jazz performances to create original music.
“We play mainly jazz, our original compositions, but also jazz standards, instrumentals and some vocal music. We first came to Derventa at the end of the ‘Defiance Fest’ event,” said drummer Dejan Trkulja, who was also joined by guest singer Anja Milutinović.
