On Monday, a man in his 40s was found unconscious on Queensway with a head injury. LondonHe was rushed to hospital but his life could not be saved, but he died from his injuries on Friday.

British police announced the news on Saturday.

The man grew up in Sweden but lives in Dubai, where he works as a chef at the posh restaurant of an exclusive Arts Club in Dubai. He previously lived in the UK and has worked with several celebrity chefs. In 2011, he joined the exclusive Arts Club, which was founded in London in the 1800s, and when the club opened a branch in Dubai in 2020, the Swede helped start the business.

The employer nearly killed the Swede

According to British media reports, the employer commented on the chef’s death and described him as “a passionate football player”.

“Known for his passion, calm demeanour and kindness, he embodied the essence of the club. The enthusiasm and excellence he instilled in those around him will always be remembered.”the Arts Club wrote in its statement.

‘We are sad’

Even Dubai-based influencer Marie-Claire Accordino has spoken publicly about the Swedish chef.

“I knew him when he was a guest at the Arts Club. He was a very well-liked and respected man. He was a kind man and he will be missed by colleagues and guests alike. We are devastated by the news,” she said, according to Sky News.

The chef was in London on business and had, among other things, visited the Arts Club and left at 1pm on Monday. Police are appealing for information about what he did afterwards, after he was found injured outside Dr Power restaurant at 11.22pm.
