The documentary short film “A” by director Ayman Safwat, screened during the event at the Arab Film and Television School under the supervision of Dr. Mona Al-Sabban, tells the story based on the true story of a role model. The film tells the story of the challenges faced by one of the heroes of the 57357 hospital to treat childhood cancer, and in about 14 minutes, the film embodies her journey to treat cancer and the difficult times she went through, as well as her patience in the hope of achieving her dream of recovery.
Then, she overcame the disease, entered pharmacy school, graduated, and returned to the hospital again, but this time, she worked as a pharmacist to heal children. She was not satisfied with this, but volunteered to provide moral support to heroes who were still facing cancer, helping them challenge the difficulties of the disease and treatment, and instilling in them the hope of recovery.
