It turns out that Fatih Özkan, who pushed Fenerbahçe chairman Ali Y. Koç and caused him to fall during the Göztepe-Fenerbahçe match in the second week of the Trendyol Super League, has an extremely long criminal record in court.

Ozkan was taken away by the police after attacking Ali Koç, and continued to work at the stadium after changing his clothes. When photos proved that Ozkan was not detained, he was detained again the day after the game and sent to the court. Ozkan was sentenced to house arrest by the court.

Özkan is a member and manager of the Göztepeli Merchants Association and has 10 criminal records, including threats, insults, injuries, and smuggling.

On the other hand, among Özkan’s previous social media posts, hateful posts targeting Istanbul clubs, especially Fenerbahce, also stood out on social media.

In a statement he gave to police while in custody, Fatih Ozkan said: “I wanted to take Ali Koç off the pitch. The ground was wet. I could not adjust my speed. I pushed him too hard unintentionally. I had no intention of hurting him.”
