On August 31, 2024, the Por Teck Tung Foundation, led by the Foundation Chairman, Mr. Wichian Techapaiboon, the Board Chairman Advisor, Mr. Wirun Techapaibul, the Board Vice Chairman, Dr. Suthat Techaviboon, RS: Sak Kosaeng Board Vice Chairman, Mr. Wichit Chinwongvorakul, the Board Vice Chairman, together with the Committee and Assistant Director of the Foundation, organized a consumer goods distribution ceremony on the occasion of celebrating the tradition of donating 20,000 baskets to the poor in Bangkok in 2024. As well as a large number of people from other provinces who came to wait for reception, the items distributed included rice, instant noodles, canned fish, fish sauce, vegetable oil, snacks, etc., all packed in cloth bags. And gave each person 100 baht for transportation expenses, and presided over the ceremony with Mr. Chatchart Sitthiphan, the Governor of Bangkok.
