Al-Irada Association for Talented Persons with Disabilities announces the opening of participation and registration for the seventh edition of the Amal Award for Supporting Creators with Disabilities in the Arab World, which will be held in all countries of the Arab World. The award is open to all citizens and residents and has been held six times before, the first of which was launched in 2014 at the level of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the Princess Sita bint Abdulaziz Award as the best initiative for volunteer work, which led to the establishment of Al-Irada Association for Talented Persons with Disabilities, the first association in the world that focuses on talents with disabilities, and has since continued until 2020, with an exception in 2020. It was launched on social media platforms during the Covid 19 pandemic, resisting the epidemic, and then continued to move towards the Arab Gulf countries in 2021 and 2022, with amazing success and widespread response, and the award is considered a path. For those who are waiting for the opportunity to showcase their talents and use their ideas to support talents with disabilities. One of the goals of the award is to highlight the pioneering role played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab world in supporting people with disabilities and talented people to contribute to social development, in addition to activating the contribution of the third sector (non-profit sector) in the process of social development.

It is worth noting that the award consists of three tracks, the first track is the disabled track, in which disabled people with creative and outstanding talents in various fields and all types of disabilities participate. As follows:

1st place (100,000) Saudi Riyals

2nd place (50,000) Saudi Riyals

3rd place (30,000) Saudi Riyal

The second track is dedicated to all members of society who have an interest in persons with disabilities, whether with innovative ideas or projects that serve this group and improve their lives. The prize money for this track is (25,000) Saudi Riyals. The third track is the non-profit sector track, where non-profit organizations contribute to the empowerment of gifted persons with disabilities through their social initiatives and development projects, and the prize money for this track is (50,000) Saudi Riyals.

Participation and registration for the Amar Prize is open to all citizens and residents of the Arab world and can be done through the following link www.ammar.sa, noting that the registration deadline is July 31, 2023 AD, which is 13th of Muharram, 1445 A.D. The Prize will begin this year in Saudi Arabia, followed by the UAE, Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia and Morocco, with the best entries from other Arab countries being hosted in the country closest to them among the above mentioned countries.

The jury was composed of the most outstanding stars in several fields from all over the Arab world, in addition to the founder of the award, Dr. Amar Bokas, who is considered a symbol of the challenges faced by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab world.
