As a result of the review of the case, proceedings were initiated against the client (Termez State Teachers College) due to indications of violations of Article 29 of the Competition Law (claims against restraints of competition). “And at the end of the case, the review was conducted and the results of the tender sale were cancelled according to the Commission’s instructions.
