A teenager accused of murder has appealed to the High Court in an effort to suspend his trial until new laws are enacted to protect his rights.
The action was brought by John Mulrooney Sugrue, 19, of Manorfield Green, Clooney, Dublin, who is charged with the murder of Aaron Keating, of Unger Street, Dublin 15, on 13 June 2023.
