Austrian authorities said on Wednesday that two suspects had been arrested in connection with an attack in Vienna and three Taylor Swift concerts in Austria had been canceled.

Swift was scheduled to perform three shows in Vienna from Thursday, August 8 to Saturday, August 10. Barracuda Music, the promoter of Swift’s Austrian concerts, said those dates were canceled on Wednesday, according to CNN.
“Government officials have confirmed that a planned terrorist attack has occurred at the Ernst Happel Stadium and for everyone’s safety we have no choice but to cancel the three scheduled performances.”, Barracuda Music posted on social media.
Swift’s official website also listed the concert as canceled.
Police said at a news conference in the capital that they arrested a 19-year-old Austrian national who they identified as an Islamic State sympathizer in Ternitz, Lower Austria, on Wednesday morning, and arrested another man in Vienna later that morning.
“Both suspects were radicalised via the internet, with a 19-year-old citizen of Lower Austria pledging allegiance to the current leader of the Islamic State in early July,” police said.
