Taka Youth Development Program ends

Taka: The Taka government has successfully concluded the Youth Development Programme, a three-day important initiative organised by the Taka Wali Office.

The closing ceremony of the program was attended by Sheikh Tariq bin Khalid bin al Walid al Hinai, the Wali, distinguished members of the city council, senior government officials and a large number of youth participants.

The program, which is part of Khareef Taqah activities in Dhofar Governorate and targets unemployed youth, employees, entrepreneurs and students, achieved its objectives by promoting community partnerships and enhancing the skills of more than 200 participants through a series of diverse and structured training workshops.

Asma bint Ali Salem al Maashani, director of the project, stressed that the programme aims to empower young people, develop their capabilities and strengthen community cohesion in Weiliat. The programme aims to instill national pride among young Omanis and equip them with the necessary knowledge to contribute to the future of the Sultanate.

Takawali’s office stressed the importance of these initiatives in shaping a better future for Omani youth and in line with Oman Vision 2040. The office also praised the collaborative efforts of all entities involved in the success of the initiative, reaffirming the key role of community partnerships in youth development.
