He encouraged the group to invest more as the country struggles to eradicate poverty and unemployment. Meanwhile, Matsapa Town Council Public Relations Officer Sihle Sihlongonyane said Matsapa is an investment hub for the Kingdom and they are happy to see the opening of new shopping malls, factories and processing plants.
“This will be a huge boost to the economy of the town and the country as a whole,” the publicist said. He added that they believed that through such development, the Emaswati people would get more job opportunities to earn their living. Silongonyane said they were also grateful to the King and the government for inviting investors to invest in Matsapa town.
Notably, last week, the King visited and officially opened the upgraded Eswatini Meat Industries (Embiveni) and Infracast in Matsapha, both owned by Inyatsi Group Holdings. He also visited the Eswatini Oil Mill in Matsapha, which could create more than 100,000 jobs for Eswatini people who could get involved in agriculture and supply soya beans to the enterprise.
