President of the Bavarian State Parliament Ilse Aigner In the evening, the CSU welcomes politicians and social celebrities to the state parliament’s summer reception at Schleissheim Castle. This year, more than 3,500 guests were invited, including Prime Minister Markus Söder (CSU), MPs, members of the cabinet, representatives of the judiciary, churches and religious groups as well as the fields of culture and sports. As always, volunteers from all over the Free State were also invited. This year these were mainly from the senior working field.
