This new reality show comes from BBC Five British lads with dreams of making it big in the music industry are sent to South Korea for a brutal pop star training course. Their band, Dear Alice, has just 100 days to learn from the world’s greatest choreographers, songwriters and K-pop business experts before they can hit the global stage. “They will face a series of choreography, vocal and performance lessons, life coaching techniques and immersion in every aspect of Korean life,” the promotional copy reads. The Paralympics kick off next week and TVNZ will be showing it first Grit and Glory: The Road to the Paralympics Airing this Saturday at 8.05pm on TVNZ1 and TVNZ+, the documentary, produced by Attitude Pictures, follows a series of exceptional athletes as they battle to win a place in the Paris team.
