What other behavior can we expect from an organization left over from the extinct socialist bloc, from which only exceptional examples can be extracted, such as the organization of Czech Reformed theologian Josef Hromadka, one of its founders, who was rejected in protest against the Soviet invasion. The president of Czechoslovakia was forced to resign as chairman of the so-called “Christian Peace Conference” and died six weeks later.

Cuban Council of Churches (Cic). Over the years, this organization has not said a word about Cuban political prisoners, but has always unconditionally supported their executioners, those who provide them with wine and bread. It is no coincidence that the visits and statements of these priests come on the heels of the report of Christian Solidarity in August, translated into Portuguese and published by Anajure in October, and the recent report of the international Catholic organization Aid to the Church in Poverty (Aien). Those who have gained fame precisely in the religious field have provided charitable assistance to the notorious Cuban government, which is rightly questioned in the religious field. But this is only about those organizations that have already been described with strange and exaggerated names, which dare not only to speak in the name of the Church that has not given them a voice, but even in the name of God, which is blasphemous. Just as our José Martí criticized the actions of the complicit clergy at that time, and despite this he admitted: “No, my friends, there is another God”, thus inspiring hope, it is necessary to warn the world that another Evangelical Church is also on pilgrimage about Cuba, just like the confessors of Nazi Germany, who are against the meek ecclesial unity demanded by the current totalitarians. But this helps us to know that we are not alone, because we have brothers not only from CSW, Anajure, AIN, etc., but also from the Church of the Holy Spirit. Other well-known organizations with global influence are also included, although none of them are allowed to enter the island (amazingly, even the famous Latin American evangelist Alberto Mottessi was denied a visa 4 times), such as the International Council of Churches or the World Evangelical Alliance, whose existence is to show that this so-called World Council of Churches, a derivative and successor of disappeared political regimes, of which the Cuban system is one of the last, pale strongholds, does not have a monopoly on faith, but it seems that, for the always outstanding Hromadekas, the opposite is true.
