The Rapid Support Militia has committed war crimes, crimes against humanity and ethnic cleansing throughout the country, and this does not require evidence, as it has documented its crimes with its own hands in all the areas that the militia has desecrated. For more than three months, the militia has continued to bombard residential areas and important facilities in the city of El Fasher with long-range artillery, killing hundreds of people. The casualties of innocent citizens, the destruction of infrastructure and important facilities, the continued killing and insult to human dignity have caused a humanitarian crisis and displaced citizens. Therefore, the international community must first condemn these crimes. It is demanded that the Rapid Support Militia and the countries that support it immediately stop targeting defenseless innocent people and force them to stop the indiscriminate long-range shelling of El Fasher and its camps for displaced persons, and hold them accountable for her terrorist crimes.
Any serious negotiations aimed at achieving a real ceasefire must take into account the crimes committed by the Rapid Support Militia in preventing the citizens of Darfur, Kordofan, the Nuba Mountains, Khartoum and Jansinla from accessing food, medicine and urgent humanitarian needs. Preventing the arrival of humanitarian aid, food and urgent life needs has become a weapon used by the militias, an immoral weapon that violates international humanitarian law and human rights law, so any serious negotiations must be based on the results of Jeddah. Processes based on this basis will be completely rejected, will not be accepted, and their results will never be accepted. Any initiative or effort to find a solution to the Sudanese crisis must be accompanied by new realities. But do not lose sight of the fact that a return to the status quo before the April 15 war is impossible, given the blood shed, the deliberate impoverishment actions, and the crimes against human dignity and violations of international humanitarian and human rights law. There are strong reasons to prevent a repetition of the failed experiment in the Sudanese national history, to prevent the criminals from being rewarded for their crimes, and not only to hold them accountable, but also to deter them so that such tragedies will not recur. Any ceasefire effort must take into account all the fronts of the fighting to ensure the success of the cessation of hostilities and the ceasefire agreement.
Finally, armed struggle movements emphasize the refusal to allow opponents to become arbitrators, as this would hinder the success of negotiations, and opponents cannot become mediators or observers of conflicting interests.
