The two-day event gave officials the opportunity to gain valuable market intelligence from the aviation and tourism industries to shape the future of aviation in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Issues discussed included airline restructuring and financing; mergers and consolidation as well as market exits and new entrepreneurship; regional infrastructure financing and constraints; domestic and international tourism prospects and regional efforts to achieve aviation sustainability.
