Solanca soup – preparation method
Boil water with half an onion. Meanwhile, prepare vegetables, meat and salami. Dice the remaining half of the onion. Cut the cucumber into straws, and the meat and salami into straws. Grate the carrots.
We put the onion in a pan with a little oil and simmer. Add the cucumber. Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Then we add the carrots and cook again for about 3 minutes. We make sure that everything is smothered, we do not let it fry.
