ThreeNews will be broadcast live on Three and ThreeNow from 6 July at 6pm.
Nadia Tolich, managing director of Stuff Digital, said it would be a “familiar yet fresh” take on the news bulletin.
Sam Hayes will host the one-hour weekday news briefing alongside Stuff’s national newsroom and journalists including Jenna Lynch, Laura Tupou, Ollie Ritchie, Juliet Speedy, Heather Keats and Lisette Reymer.
Weekend bulletins are released in 30 minutes.
ThreeNews will have a new set and a new, vibrant look and feel, with opportunities for audiences to engage and interact.
