Terms definition Project Management/Project Manager The company/individual responsible for planning and coordinating/managing the actions required within the scope of work and the main contact for the St. Kitts and Nevis Football Association.

The firm/individual will also be responsible for all steps required to prepare the Terms of Reference and initiate the tendering process; such as but not limited to the work of a Quantity Surveyor preparing the Bill of Quantities document.

Quantity Surveyor The firm/individual is responsible for providing estimated costs, quantities, and project timelines from conception to completion while ensuring the project meets all legal and quality requirements.

The company/individual shall prepare the Bill of Quantities document.

Preparation of bidding documents Prepare all files and supporting documentation prepared by the Quantity Surveyor (or other relevant professional) for inviting contractors to tender.

These documents provide detailed information about the project and the requirements for contractors to submit proposals in a timely manner.

Tender launch The public procurement process provides an equal opportunity for all interested contractors to submit proposals, discloses the scope of construction, specifies the materials to be used, the estimated cost of the project, and sets a deadline for submission of bids.

The bidding process shall be in the form of an open tender for a period to be determined and agreed upon by the St. Kitts and Nevis Football Association.

Evaluation Criteria The specific criteria and points allocation system determined in the tender scope will be used to evaluate and compare the bids received. The evaluation criteria will give bidders an understanding of what factors will be considered in the selection process, such as price, quality experience and compliance with requirements.

recommend The bids submitted by the companies will be reviewed by the project manager or project management company. Once the review is completed, a bid report and evaluation results based on the evaluation criteria will be provided to the St. Kitts and Nevis Football Association.

The client should be provided with a detailed proposal of the best offer in order to make a final decision.
