Simone Biles has won three gold medals in Paris and counting.

The revolutionary American gymnast once again stood atop the Bercy Arena podium on Saturday after winning the vault with her signature Jelchuango double flip, one of five moves named after her, as she looks to tie the record for Olympic gold medals by an American female gymnast.

He currently has 10 Olympic medals.

To achieve that goal, Biles must win gold in the final two events of the 2024 Paris Olympics on Monday to reach nine gold medals – a feat that is well within reach for the 4-foot-8 dazzling star returning to the world stage.

The 27-year-old from Spring, Texas, scored 15.3 points to beat Brazil’s Rebecca Andrade (14.966, silver) and fellow American Jade Carey (14.466, bronze).

This is the fourth consecutive time that American women have won a medal in this event at the Olympics, a streak that dates back to the 2012 London Olympics.
