- Take comprehensive measures to develop transportation corridors.
- Convene an expert meeting with the Ministry of Transport, carriers and freight forwarders, logistics companies and experts.
- Innovate agricultural production methods, introduce water-saving technologies, improve productivity, develop deep processing, and strengthen scientific work in areas such as seed selection, clustering and “smart farms”.
- In September, in cooperation with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, an international forum on ensuring food security for landlocked countries and a special meeting of agriculture ministers were held to develop a regional strategy.
- A joint presentation was held on the state of the environment in the area to focus on finding solutions to the tragedy on the island.
- Integrated Programme for Sustainable Development in Central Asia to develop and adopt a regional strategy for the rational use of water resources in transboundary rivers.
- Organize scientific forums on practical issues of regional identity formation.
- Organize regional youth innovation idea and project competitions.
- Adopt Central Asian educational and academic exchange programs and develop agreements on mutual recognition of diplomas from leading higher education institutions in each country.
- Scholarships are allocated based on mutual agreement and are used for the study of outstanding students in the region.
- In accordance with the principle of “one category for all regions”, mutual recognition of national identity cards and development of mass tourism products will be achieved.
