  1. Further improve the format of consultation meetings.
  2. Develop the concept of regional security and stability.
  3. Build a new model for economic partnership development.
  4. Elimination of customs and notarial barriers, mutual recognition of certificates of conformity and harmonization of regulations, digitization of customs operations and phytosanitary procedures, consideration of opportunities for mutual participation in public procurement processes.
  5. Deputy Prime Minister-level Economic Committee – organizes regular meetings.
  6. Hold Central Asia Business Cooperation Week.
  7. Create shorter value-added chains, attract investments and technologies from leading international companies, and introduce new forms of cooperation.
  8. Establish a Central Asia Investment Council and an innovative development bank for regional countries, and hold joint investment forums on a regular basis.
  9. Take comprehensive measures to develop transportation corridors.
  10. Convene an expert meeting with the Ministry of Transport, carriers and freight forwarders, logistics companies and experts.
  11. Innovate agricultural production methods, introduce water-saving technologies, improve productivity, develop deep processing, and strengthen scientific work in areas such as seed selection, clustering and “smart farms”.
  12. In September, in cooperation with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, an international forum on ensuring food security for landlocked countries and a special meeting of agriculture ministers were held to develop a regional strategy.
  13. A joint presentation was held on the state of the environment in the area to focus on finding solutions to the tragedy on the island.
  14. Integrated Programme for Sustainable Development in Central Asia to develop and adopt a regional strategy for the rational use of water resources in transboundary rivers.
  15. Organize scientific forums on practical issues of regional identity formation.
  16. Organize regional youth innovation idea and project competitions.
  17. Adopt Central Asian educational and academic exchange programs and develop agreements on mutual recognition of diplomas from leading higher education institutions in each country.
  18. Scholarships are allocated based on mutual agreement and are used for the study of outstanding students in the region.
  19. In accordance with the principle of “one category for all regions”, mutual recognition of national identity cards and development of mass tourism products will be achieved.
  20. Signed the multilateral agreement on Central Asia strategic partnership.
