After former National Assembly member Gevorg Petrosyan spoke before investigators, the head of the Yerevan city government department, Sevan Kocharyan, accused him of being in a drunken state and coming to the rally intoxicated. Earlier, Petrosyan’s statement that he was in violation of the law at the police station became a topic of dispute between him and the police.
Bagrat Silbazan demanded answers from Major General Sevan Kocharyan and urged him not to spread lies. “Based on the same principle, one can say that the police were under the influence of drugs,” he said.
