Actor Şener Kökkaya died yesterday in Adana. Kökkaya’s funeral was held today at the Karsiyaka Cemetery in the presence of his family and relatives, as well as the National Theater’s General Manager Tamer Karadağlı.
Kokaya was buried after funeral prayers at the Ahmed Efendi Mosque.
Kokaya began his amateur theater career in Eskişehir in 1957 and worked in institutions such as Ankara Art Theater and Izmir Art Theater.
Kökkaya has starred in films including “Isler”, “Vizontele”, “Vizontele Tuuba”, and “Eyvah Eyvah”.
