Sada Williams advances into the women’s 400m final at the Paris Olympics.
She finished third in the semifinals with a time of 49.89, which was good enough to qualify for her first Olympic final.
World Championships silver medalist Natalia Kaczmarek of Poland won the championship in 49.45 seconds, and Amber Anning was second in 49.47 seconds.
