Ukraine killed five people and wounded 37 in an attack today in the Belgorod province bordering Ukraine, the governor of Russia’s Belgorod province said, accusing Kiev of using cluster bombs.
Vyacheslav Gladkov said the attack was carried out by “cluster missiles launched by the Ukrainian Armed Forces from MLRS Vampire (multi-barrel launchers) towards the city of Belgorod and the Belgorod region.”
