A massive prisoner exchange is planned between Russia and the West – information about it is spreading in various media. The war tracking page on the social network X published the list of prisoners to be released by both sides.
Among the Russian citizens detained in the West, most are people convicted of cybercrimes, and Russia has had to release several prominent independent journalists and opposition politicians, including Vladimir Kara-Murza, Ilya Yashin, American journalist Evan Gershkovich and others.

From the west, it can change:
▪️ Germany – Vadim Krasikov, murderer of Georgian citizen Zelimkhan Khangoshvili;
▪️ U.S.-Russian citizens: Alexander Vinnik, Roman Seleznyov and Roman Klyushin, who are serving sentences for cybercrimes;
There are also Maxim Marchenko and Vadim Konoshenko, who circumvent sanctions to trade with Russia (Konoshenko is a colonel in Efesbey).
