Following internal leadership disputes, CMCM faced further challenges when the Administrative Court revoked its ministerial accreditation following a legal victory by the Association of Insurers over regulatory irregularities.

At the beginning of this year, the Mutual Medical and Supplementary Fund (CMCM) Internal leadership struggleAnd now it appears that the country’s largest mutual insurer has also been found to have violated industry regulations, as highlighted in a legal case brought by the American Association of Insurance Companies (ACA).

ACA sued CMCM, believing that some of CMCM’s actions violated the law on mutual insurance companies and failed to fulfill its obligations. The Administrative Court has now ruled in favor of ACA and the ministerial certification of CMCM’s charter is invalid.

CMCM still has time to appeal the decision.
