Cinnamon Rolls
- Mix warm milk, sugar and instant yeast. Wait for it to become foamy.
- Add melted butter, salt, and eggs. Mix.
- Gradually add flour and knead until smooth. Let rise for one hour.
- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Roll out the dough into a 40×30 cm rectangle.
- Spread softened butter over dough.
- Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the butter.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 slices.
- Place slices on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

- Whisk together powdered sugar, milk and vanilla extract.
