Real estate giant Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) has partnered with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) to develop a large community project in Taguig, banking on the city’s booming commercial industry and upcoming infrastructure projects to drive growth.
The developer led by Wu Tuowei said on Friday that Bonifacio National Park will be built on a 61,761-square-meter plot of land in Taguig and will feature residential, commercial, office, hotel and entertainment spaces.

“Robinson Properties is committed to playing its part in nation building by creating sustainable, innovative and vibrant spaces that enhance the quality of life in the communities we serve,” RLC senior vice president and general manager Maybelle Aragon-GoBio said in a statement.
According to the RLC, the Bonifacio National Park location will be close to major arterial roads including Lawton Avenue, Chino Roces Extension and the South Luzon Expressway.
RLC said the project, which will border the planned Bonifacio South Main Boulevard in the north, is expected to provide better access to key areas in Taguig, including the renowned Bonifacio Global City.

For its part, the BCDA said the project is part of its plan to create a “sustainable community for businesses, residents and commuters” while also maximizing the economic potential of our assets.
“With the help of RLC, we hope to create a model development project for the areas surrounding the subway and train stations within the BCDA economic zones and estates,” said Joshua Bingcang, president and CEO of BCDA.
