Reuters on Friday denied having reported an imminent ballistic missile attack on Israel after reports circulated on social media that the news agency had said so.
“Any allegations reported by Reuters of an imminent Iranian ballistic attack, including satellite and radar detections of ballistic missiles and drones leaving Iran, Yemen and Iraq en route to Israel, or the closure of Turkish and Iraqi airspace, are false. Reuters did not report this,” a spokesman said.
