The newly released monthly report of the Ministry of Economy, Housing and Infrastructure Agency, said that the rental price index in June was 116.1 points, up 2.5% month-on-month. Since March, rental prices have increased by 7.4%.
It also noted that the rental price index rose by 13% between June 2023 and 2024.
