SecondRIDGETOWN, Barbados – We, the Executive Producers of the upcoming event, Bloodline – Mr. Blood – Just For You, are pleased to announce a night of incredible music and celebration. This special event will take place in an intimate setting at Frank Collymore Hall in Bridgetown on Sunday, October 27th at 6:00 PM.
Audiences will have the opportunity to enjoy performances from a number of talented artists including Paula Hinds, Michael Mikey Mercer, Shaquon Smith, Betty B, dancer and choreographer Keisha Amory-Lewis, Dancin’ Africa, Mighty Gabby and the star of the night, Mr. Blood himself.
“Bloodline” is a heartfelt tribute to Anderson “Mr. Bloodline” Armstrong, celebrating his remarkable journey from early “youngblood” days to the multi-talented artist and mentor he is today. Having been an inspiration and supporter of Mr. Bloodline in his early careers, he has been dedicated to nurturing young talent through his platform, Reddhead Records Inc., for over 25 years.
Mr. Blood is a renowned songwriter, producer, musician, radio host, actor and singer. His diverse musical styles include calypso, jazz, R&B, reggae and gospel. He has captured the hearts of audiences on regional and international stages, both as a soloist and with the band Square One. His strong presence on social media further demonstrates his wide appeal.
This year marks the 41st year of Mr. Bullard’s illustrious career, during which he has continued to attract a diverse audience and receive extensive media attention. We expect over 450 patrons to attend, including music lovers, sponsors and cultural figures.
