Hollywood star and budding author Rebel Wilson is taking a new approach to selling her investment apartment in Australia.
The Sydney property is the latest severance of her ties with Australian real estate. In 2022, Wilson, 44, sold a home in Birchgrove on the Balmain Peninsula for $9.5 million, but kept the property in her portfolio.

This stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Balmain, set above a converted soap factory and offering glittering city views, was originally scheduled for auction on June 22 but was later withdrawn and is now listed at $2.3 million.
It is understood that Wilson is the producer and star of the film. pitch perfect Movie, Bridesmaids and HustleBought a double-storey house off the plan at the Lever Brothers Factory, which closed in 1988 and was converted into high-end housing after a three-year renovation.
The rooftop terrace is located on the top two floors and offers views of the Anzac Bridge and Sydney CBD.

The project is called 100 Balmain and the developer is Punch Park.
The property is listed with Matthew Hayson and Anna Wilson of CobdenHayson Balmain, which explains: “This two-bedroom home features a level lift with direct access to a double garage with Tesla charger and is a stone’s throw from the village centre on Darling Street, a 500m walk to White Bay Brewing and Harbour Park, and just a set of traffic lights into the city.”
Wilson made her directorial debut in 2023 with the musical comedy film Deb.
