Regarding the balance and debit errors generated by the system to users, RD Vial reported that affected citizens can contact user services through its modern contact center at 809-222-9274, option 1, or through WhatsApp at 829-345-6439 or by email (email protected) Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so that your balance will be refunded within 24 hours of reporting.
RD Vial’s technical management explained that, like all technological platforms, “such as those of banks and large data processors, Paso Rápido requires constant maintenance and updates, even if this means that users perceive brief moments of instability in the operation” of the service.
The entity’s technical team added: “We are discussing reversing more than a decade of technological and operational lags, which have cost us significant investments, and transferring new technologies to toll booths in the Dominican Republic so that everyone can enjoy a transparent and efficient service.”
RD Vial asks citizens to continue betting on modernization and to make changes by using this technology, they have already managed to reduce congestion in stations and guarantee fast passage, in some cases less than 10 seconds.
