Qatar Archery Federation and Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development signed a memorandum of understanding and strategic partnership. The signing ceremony was attended by Ms. Abir Al Khalifa, Head of Pre-University Education at Qatar Foundation, and Dr. Meshal Ibrahim Al Nasr, President of Qatar Archery Federation.
This partnership with Qatar Foundation aims to integrate archery into the institution’s student activities, as the sport has generated significant interest within Qatari society and a growing base of participants, while also aligning with the State of Qatar’s Third National Development Strategy and the Qatar Olympic Committee.
Dr. Meshal Ibrahim Al Nasr, President of the Qatar Federation, expressed the importance of this partnership with Qatar Foundation, given its leadership in education, support for various community sports activities, support for women’s sports and the dissemination and strengthening of fundamental values for individuals and society as a whole.
