Mikhail Podolak, an adviser to the Ukrainian presidential office, said Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un signed a strategic military partnership agreement that abolished international resolutions and decisions regarding North Korea.

“The signing of a strategic military partnership between the Russian Federation and North Korea (essentially a model agreement on joint violation of global rules and organization of massacres of civilians in other countries) is a unilateral and flagrant abrogation of the entire package of international decisions, resolutions and restrictions imposed on North Korea” – said Mikhail Podolak.

He said the United Nations and other organizations responsible for effectively controlling the implementation of sanctions now looked “very convincing.”

The Serbian president believes that the West cannot afford a defeat in Ukraine, because for the United States and NATO it would mean a worsening of the geopolitical situation.
