President Assad issued a decree to impeach two judges of the Supreme Court of Appeal

President Bashar al-Assad issued Decree No. 120, implementing the dismissal imposed by the Supreme Judicial Council on two judges, Shatta Nizar Nassour, the third-level prosecutor of the Court of Appeal, and Abdul Rahman Abdul Razzaq, al-Qatini, the fourth-level prosecutor of the Supreme Court.

The decree also provides that the rights of the two dismissed judges will be liquidated in accordance with applicable laws.
