An industrial estate in Aberdeenshire The area has been cordoned off after a potential explosive device was discovered.
Police and bomb disposal experts were called to the Dales Industrial Estate in Peterhead at around 3.30pm on Friday and discovered the unexploded ordnance.
A cordon was put in place around the area while bomb disposal teams dealt with the device.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: We were called to reports of unexploded ordnance at the Dales Industrial Estate in Peterhead at around 3.30pm on Friday 23 August 2024.
“For safety reasons, a cordon has been established and the explosive ordnance disposal unit will be attending to assess the item.”
