Kuwait City, August 9: According to security sources, two policemen from the Jahra Traffic Patrol were patrolling in the Amghara area at 6 pm when they spotted an American sedan swerving. When they stopped the car, they found that the 49-year-old driver was drunk and reeked of alcohol.
A man was arrested by the Sulebia Traffic Patrol for driving under the influence of alcohol after officers found an empty water bottle in his car which contained an alcoholic beverage, believed to be imported.
