The award is the result of a cultural and organizational climate diagnosis conducted by the certification body for the 2024 edition.
PAILL, a 100% Salvadoran pharmaceutical laboratory, has been recognized as one of the best places to work in El Salvador. This recognition was granted by the Best Workplaces in Central America and the Caribbean (GPTW), a global organization that has become a reference in promoting good practices and proper organizational management in companies, working at the level of Central America and the Caribbean.
The award is the result of the diagnostic of the culture and organizational climate carried out by the certification body in the 2024 edition, in which one of the highest ratings for the laboratories was the sense of belonging of the collaborators to PAILL. The score was over 80%.
