Oralbek Chomokov elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capital Bank

AKIPRESS website – Oralbek Chomokov was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capital Bank JSC, the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange said.

He succeeds Alisher Tulatbek Ulu in the position.

The decision was taken by the bank’s board of directors on July 29.

100% of Metrobank shares were transferred to the State Asset Management Agency. The bank shares were owned by the children of the late MP Chynybai Tursunbekov:

Erjan Chynbai’s head – 40%;

Aida Tursunbekova – 30%;

Begima Chynbai kyzy – 30%.

The changes occurred on July 22 and 24.
