The tender period is one year and can be extended for up to two more years based on the predetermined annual budget.
The markets covered in the first year of activities are divided into a group consisting of the following countries:
– France
– Germany
– U.K
– Italy
– Belgium and Luxembourg
– Poland
– Czech Republic and Slovakia
The bidder must submit a quotation that includes all of the contracts listed below or else his/her quotation will be rejected.
However, ONTT reserves the right to modify the list of markets in which it operates in the second and third years by removing and/or adding other tourist source markets in Europe.
Legal entities specialized in communication and/or advertising, capable of making commitments and providing the guarantees and references specified in the specifications and necessary for the proper performance of their obligations, who wish to participate in this tender, may obtain the tender documents through the TUNEPS Online Public Procurement System (www.tuneps.tn).
Bids must be received online through TUNEPS before May 30, 2023. However, the original bank guarantee, certificate of non-bankruptcy or judicial recovery or any other equivalent document required by the laws of the bidder’s country of origin must necessarily be received offline.
Furthermore, in case of technical failures in the TUNEPS system (file size), some quotes may arrive offline, provided that this was mentioned beforehand in the quote received online.
The offline part of the offer must be sent by post in a sealed registered envelope in the name of the Director of the Tunisian National Office of Tourism or by express mail or deposited directly at the ONTT Central Registry with confirmation of receipt in the name of the Director of the Tunisian National Office of Tourism, 1 Avenue Mohamed V, 1001 Tunis and arriving before 12:00 noon on May 30, 2023 (certified by the “BOC” stamp of the ONTT Central Registry).
The offline portion of the quotation will be placed in a sealed envelope and the outer envelope must only display the following information:

Any offer received after the deadline for receipt of offers, or that does not contain a provisional guarantee (or, where applicable, proof of payment of the guarantee amount to an ONTT representative account in the institution’s country of residence), or that does not respect this method of presentation, will be rejected.
The public opening meeting for the technical and financial documents will be held on May 30, 2023 at 2:00 pm in the meeting room at 84, Avenue de la Liberté, 1001 Tunis.
Bidders shall remain bound by their Bids for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the day following the deadline for receipt of Bids.
