Israeli Red Cross spokesman Zaki Heller told AFP on Friday morning that the overnight explosion in Tel Aviv appeared to be an airstrike, killing one person and slightly injuring two others.
Heller said police had earlier reported seven people with minor injuries, but they were mainly people in shock. Dean Elsdunne, a police spokesman, said a body with shrapnel wounds was found inside the building hit by the explosion.
