Nigerian athletes Kayode and Christiana Alabi are set to make history at the Paris Paralympic Games as they become the first African pair of disabled athletes to compete in the multi-sport event.
Their love story began in 2017 when they met at a national camp in Lagos and developed a mutual friendship that eventually blossomed into career success.
They spoke to BBC Sport Africa about their journey and aspirations to compete in the Paralympics.
